



Group Fitness allows you to sample our wide variety of scheduled classes such as yoga, pilates, kickboxing, Zumba, BOSU, and strength training. Our group fitness program is based on a punch-card system that can be used for any classes on the schedule except the kids' fitness classes. The punch card can be used among members of the same household.
Home Schooler / Trackout
We've had some requests about fitness classes for home schoolers...so we've developed Family Fitness and Family Zumba! These classes are great for home schoolers or track outs.
In-Home Training - Feeling shy, or just prefer to work out in the privacy of your home? One of our certified trainers will come to your home at a time that works with your schedule. Sessions may be shared with other family members, or you can save money by going "back to back."
Kids' Fitness - We have several programs to get your kids up and moving!
One-On-One Training gives you the option to work on an individual basis with your personal trainer. The most individualized of our services, this allows us to focus extra attention on your personal health and fitness goals. Each session lasts 45 minutes.
Private Group Training is a session shared with more than two friends. You, as a group, will decide on the day and time to work out during a 60 minute session.
Semi-Private Training allows you to share sessions with a friend or family member. The trainer will work with both of you during a 45 minute session.
