Toddler Tumble/Gymnastics
Designed to develop body awareness and confidence through the introduction of fundamental gymnastics skills. Lessons consist of obstacle course activities, rolling, jumping, balancing and basic gymnastic skills. Children develop confidence and coordination as they experience the joy of gymnastics. This is an independent participation class for children ages 2-5.
Fitness Fun
This class is designed to develop coordination, body awareness, and teamwork through music and movements. Classes will consist of movements to music, games and kids YOGA. This is an independent participation class for children ages 2-5
Music & Movements
You and your child will work together on basic motor and social skills. Together, you will practice a variety of gentle moves that help develop your child's balance, body awareness, and coordination. The accompanying music helps your child develop rhythm while stimulating the parts of the brain involved in reading and math.
Tae Kwon Do
Traditional Tae Kwon Do class with a non-traditional twist. The students will learn all of the traditional Tae Kwon Do techniques, such as stances, kicks, punches, forms, and self defense. The twist will be that there will be no uniforms and no belts. There will also be no traditional belt testing to get to the next level of training. This will be accomplished by the Instructor who will be teaching the class, seeing who knows the required techniques and then allowing the student to begin to learn at the new level. This gives the student the knowledge without the pressure to move ahead with their training. This will be a fun class that will teach the students self control, focus, flexibility, self defense, and so much more. They will learn lessons to last a lifetime in a fun, safe, and supervised environment.
Kids Yoga is a fun, creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax, and develop self-control.
Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination, and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature, and basic anatomy through yoga.
Mommy & Me YOGA
Gentle strengthening exercises to tone and relax a mother's body after delivery, and meditation to calm your mind. This class is for new Moms and their babies up to 12-18 months doing stretches to increase abdominal and back strength and build stamina. Class includes baby play and baby stretches.
Kids Circuit Training
Introducing kids to circuit training can be a fun way to get children involved in physical fitness and put them on the path to a lifelong enjoyment of exercise.From simple games to more strenuous weightlifting, circuit training exercises will be adapted to the level of the children performing the circuit.
ZumbAtomic
is a fun and healthy program designed just for kids using the Zumba® concept. It is NOT a Zumba® kids class. It is ZumbAtomic® - a separate and unique program that was designed with specific methods, music, and programming specifically for chidren. Children will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, and learn new rhythms and styles of music and culture. All classes are taught to not only cultivate individuality and creativity, but to develop leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, and responsibility.
Speed & Agility
All athletes can benefits from these agility drills to help improve coordination, speed, power, and specific sports skill. Use these drills to perfect your foot speed and refine your sports technique. Class is trained by experienced coach Robb Fluet. Limited space so sign up now!
Cheer Fun teaches kids the basics of non-competitive cheer.

Fitness Fun is designed to teach a different age-appropriate skill each time, while the kids have fun, Fun, FUN! Children will practice concepts such as colors, shapes, teamwork, jump rope, hand and foot coordination, and much more. These active classes include games, music, and laughter. Ages 5-10.
Kickboxing is a great, fun workout that helps children develop coordination and listening skills while building self-esteem. This class teaches the basics for punching and kicking in a fun and controlled way. Two class levels are available: 4-5 year olds and 6-12 year olds.
Mommy & Me Yoga benefits both mom and baby. It is specifically designed to safely help you regain your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while developing inner and outer strength. It will transfer the way you move, feel, breathe, and interact with your baby. Mommy & Me Yoga will help you find time to relax together through the busy early months with your new little one. For moms with infants age 6 weeks through 18 months.
