



Welcome to em•pow•er fitness &health!
You may recognize us as Holly Springs Personal Training, but we are in the midst of some growth and exciting change!! We are a small personal studio that offers one-on-one training, group training, group fitness, kids' fitness, and nutrition. Our facility is located in Holly Springs, NC. We opened our doors in June of 2008, and expended with our class studio the summer of 2009.
We always have specialty classes, groups, and events, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter.
The owner, Linda Cassese, has been in the fitness industry for 17 years and has trained people in Sweden, New York, and for the past four years here in North Carolina. She is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and sports nutrionist. As a mom of three young children, she understands the importance of balance.
Give us a call to set up an appointment to meet Linda and check out the studio. She will help you identify your training needs, help you to fit in the workouts you need, and to support you in getting you to your health and fitness goals. Holly Springs Personal Training has several trainers and instructors to ensure we can work on your schedule and find the perfect trainer to match your personality.

Linda Cassese, Owner, certified Personal Trainer & Fitness





Linda has more than 16 years of experience. She has trained in





Sweden, New York, and now here in Holly Springs. She is very





excited to offer em•pow•er to the community, and welcomes





everyone to stop by for a visit. A mother of three, she knows





how hard it is to find the time for yourself...as well as





motivation to spend that time working out! She will help you





with just that! Her secret to exercise is to have fun. Together,





you will find what works best for you.





Kim teaches Zumba, Zumbatomic, and Kids Hip Hop at





em•pow•er. She has a BA in Dance from Meredith College and





has been teaching for eight years.





Stacy Cole, NSCA-CPT, certified Personal Trainer





Stacy has been motivating and educating people of all fitness 







levels for more than eight years! Her current certifications





include AFAA Group Fitness, and National Strength and





Conditioning Association's (NCSA) Certified Personal Training.





She also holds several specialty certifications in group cycling





from Schwinn and cardio kickboxing and step aerobics from





Christina Hobbs has been a licensed Zumba Instructor since May,





2010. She is currently studying to become certified with the





Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for Group





Exercise Instructor. When she isn't enjoying Zumba, she is 





working full-time as the Coordinator of Advising in Psychology at





North Carolina State University or spending time with her





wonderful daughter, Jordynn.
